Patrick is an executive & career coach based in Hong Kong. He coaches Chinese senior executives, business owners and professionals in Hong Kong and China on leadership and career development.
Patrick is also the CPP Certified MBTI Step I & II Administrator in Hong Kong, he helped his clients in developing leadership styles, solve team conflicts and career advancement planning through the application of MBTI personality assessment model. With this objective approach in revealing one’s personality profile, Patrick usually helps his clients in quickly identifying their strengths, blind spots and leadership styles. This usually empowers his clients by establishing a solid and optimum coaching plan for career advancement.
Patrick is also keen on helping people to explore their passion in career; he is strong at identifying people’s strength and talent such that his client can clarify their career focus, values and motivation in work. He conducted a lot of MBTI career workshops, team building workshops, MBTI assessment consultant services and career coaching for his clients.
Patrick was frequently invited by Jobmarket (A subsidiary of Sing Tao News Group) as guest speaker in delivering career seminars and talks for the general public. Since 2007, Patrick has taken up several positions as the management of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community (HKICC), the biggest non-profit coaching association in Hong Kong. He is passionate in promoting the coaching culture in the Chinese community. Patrick has received more than 300 hours of formal coaching training from Coach U, WABC and the Graduate School of Coaching, Coachville. He has nine years of coaching experience. Patrick was graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with his major study in Manufacturing Engineering.
